How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The digitalization of the financial sector is actively changing the work of banks, creating new opportunities for improving efficiency and competitiveness. The study modeled the impact of digital financial instruments on key competitiveness indicators, taking into account the scale of technology adoption and the specifics of the services provided. The analysis is based on data from Kazakhstani banks, which makes it possible to assess the real effects of digitalization in the national context. The results show that digitalization has a positive effect on competitiveness indicators, while the degree of influence depends on the type of organization and the scale of technology implementation. The novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive assessment of digital tools as a strategic factor combining technological and managerial aspects. The practical value of the work is reflected in the ability to use the findings to develop digitalization strategies and improve the efficiency of financial institutions.
