How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article examines the issues of competitiveness of Kazakhstan's human capital in the context of the globalization of higher education. Special attention is paid to the existing constraints that limit the development of human capital competitiveness, as well as ways to overcome them. Based on the analysis of the state of the higher education system, problems related to the level of internationalization, rapid academic mobility, and the compliance of specialist training with the requirements of the international labor market have been identified. It is shown that increasing the competitiveness of human capital largely depends on the expansion of international cooperation, the modernization of educational programs and the development of scientific ties. The need for an integrated approach to the development of higher education, taking into account global trends, was noted.
