How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper presents the design and subsequent calibration of a continuous catalytic reforming model developed in Aspen HYSYS based on industrial operating data. The model achieves high accuracy in reproducing key process parameters, including feedstock composition, reactor temperature profiles, and aromatic product distribution, with deviations from plant data remaining within experimental error. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the methodological assumption of complete olefin conversion to paraffins and the experimental determination of chlorinated catalyst activity, while excluding the influence of sulphur-and nitrogen-containing compounds. The proposed approach delivers comparable predictive accuracy with lower implementation complexity relative to existing models. The findings confirm the practical applicability of the model and its suitability for integration into refinery planning and process optimization systems.
