How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is the scientifi c and technical justifi cation of biowaste preparation methods and the development of a generalized scheme of a continuous technological line for the industrial production of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) from oilseed husks (sunfl ower, hemp, fl ax) while ensuring environmental safety. Methods. The research is based on a comprehensive application of methods. Bibliometric analysis (utilizing Bradford’s, Lotka’s, and Zipf’s laws) was applied to evaluate the state of TENG industrialization. The expert assessment method (involving specialists from the oil and fat industry) was used to validate the possibilities of adapting extraction equipment. The method of structural-logical modeling was used to synthesize functional stages into a single technological line. Results. A generalized technological scheme of the TENG production line has been developed. An innovative solution is the integration of a preliminary oil impurity extraction module using eco-friendly bio-based solvents, specifi cally dimethyloxolane. This reduces the lipid content to ≤0.5%, eliminating the dielectric shielding of tribopairs and opening access to the cellulose-lignin matrix. The line is structured into fi ve modules: preliminary magnetic and air-sieve cleaning to prevent TENG breakdowns; deep degreasing; two-stage mechanochemical activation (ball mill and disperser) for raw material deglomeration and maximization of the specifi c surface area of the nanopowder; robotic high-precision forming; and solvent recovery. Such equipment optimizes the physicochemical parameters of the raw material for maximum surface charge density. Conclusions. The created technological scheme addresses the problem of scaling TENG production, converting oilseed processing waste into an element base for renewable energy. The scientifi c value lies in justifying the elimination of dielectric shielding through the selective removal of triglycerides. The practical value is determined by the adaptation of oil and fat industry equipment for the nanoindustry. Future research prospects are aimed at developing the parameters of an automated robotic complex for forming the TENG element base for industrial mechanical engineering.
