How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The relevance of the research is due to the fact that the level of digitalization of human resources directly affects the effectiveness of the use of modern agricultural technologies, the accuracy of managerial decision-making and the competitiveness of agriculture in Kazakhstan on the world market. As part of the study, an analysis of labor productivity in agriculture in Kazakhstan was conducted, which showed a limitation in the lack of digital competencies of industry workers, a low level of automation of processes in a number of regions and the lack of a systematic approach to training specialists in new technologies. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need to develop human resources in the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan in the context of digitalization affecting labor productivity, as well as to develop recommendations for staff development through the integration of digital technologies. The results of the study. As part of the study, attention was focused on analyzing the main performance indicators and performing calculations for 2025-2027. It was revealed that while maintaining the current growth dynamics and the active introduction of digital technologies, the level of labor productivity can reach 12-14 thousand tenge per employee by 2027 in agriculture. This analysis has formed conclusions indicating the need to strengthen state support for the agricultural sector, in particular, through the development of educational initiatives, the creation of digital solutions for the industry, increasing the level of digital competencies and the integration of modern technologies into the personnel training system. The development of specialized educational programs for rural specialists, the introduction of digital monitoring and management tools for production processes, and the systematic assessment and development of professional skills of employees were proposed.
