How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The demand for medicinal plants is due to the orientation of the population towards natural, environmentally friendly medicinal products based on natural plant raw materials. The study of the domestic phytoresource base for the creation of new biologically active additives, phytopreparations, and cosmeceuticals is relevant. The article presents the results of a study of the chemical composition of the wild medicinal plant Spiraea hypericifolia L., native to Eastern Kazakhstan. Performed research of Spiraea hypericifolia L. bark using such methods as elemental analysis of organic and inorganic substances, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), gas chromatography, ultra-performance liquid chromatography with high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry made it possible to determine the quantitative content of biologically active macro-, microelements, as well as identify primary and secondary metabolites exhibiting biological and antioxidant activity. The results of the study of the phytochemical composition allow us to recommend Spiraea hypericifolia L. as an effective, easily renewable, affordable raw material for the production of phytopharmaceutical, cosmeceutical and cosmetic products.
