Abstract
В статье рассмотрено современное состояние государственной поддержки развития малого и среднего бизнеса в Казахстане. Данное исследование ориентировано на определение методов обеспечения устойчивого развития субъектов предпринимательства в условиях инфляции и диверсификации. В процессе проведения исследования осуществлен анализ развития данного сектора экономики в Казахстане, установлены базовые положительные характеристики и отличительные особенности. Выявлено, что государственная поддержка развития объектов малого и среднего бизнеса крайне важна и выступает основным регулирующим и координирующим институтом в процессе обеспечения устойчивого характера развития предприятий данного сектора. Изучен международный опыт развития малого и среднего предпринимательства, уточнены также отличительные особенности. На основе полученных результатов определены возможности его применения в отечественной практике. Обозначено влияние инфляции на развитие малых и средних компаний и роль диверсификационного подхода в снижении уровня внешнего воздействия на развитие данного сектора экономики. В качестве результата предложено использование ARDL-модели для регионов Казахстана, как один из способов снижения инфляционной нагрузки и создания базы для устойчивого развития малого и среднего бизнеса в Казахстане. Выделены преимущества использования данного подхода. The article examines the current state of state support for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan. This study is aimed at identifying methods to ensure the sustainable development of entrepreneurship entities under conditions of inflation and economic diversification. During the research process, an evolutionary analysis of the development of the given economic sector in Kazakhstan was performed, identifying the basic positive characteristics and distinctive features thereof. It was revealed that state support for the development of small and medium-sized business entities is extremely important and serves as the primary regulatory and coordinating institution in ensuring the sustainable nature of development for enterprises in this sector. The international experience of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship development was studied, and its distinctive features were also clarified. Based on the obtained results, the possibilities of its application in domestic practice have been identified. The impact of inflation on the development of small and medium-sized companies was highlighted, as well as the role of a diversification approach in reducing the level of external impact on the development of this economic sector. As a result, the use of an ARDL model for the regions of Kazakhstan is proposed as one of the ways to reduce inflationary pressure and create a foundation for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan. The advantages of applying this approach are outlined.
