Abstract
В работе проведено исследование по оценке потенциала преодоления экономических барьеров при разработке и внедрении проектов в агропромышленном комплексе. Рассматриваемая задача заключается в разработке эффективного набора инструментов для оценки этого потенциала. Обоснованы теоретические основы анализа экономических барьеров при разработке и внедрении энергосберегающих технологий. Разработана методика оценки потенциала преодоления этих препятствий. Определены возможности предприятий в определенных условиях преодолевать определенные барьеры субъективного и объективного характера. Выявлены факторы и систематизирована последовательность оценки потенциала преодоления экономических препятствий, возникающих при разработке и внедрении энергосберегающих технологий на предприятиях. Установлено, что предприятия АПК (агропромышленный косплекс) обладают достаточно высоким потенциалом для преодоления экономических препятствий, возникающих при внедрении энергосберегающих технологических процессов. Разработан инструментарий, который позволяет получать точные и всесторонние результаты с использованием формализованной процедуры. Предложена реализация сценария, для оценки потенциала по долям указанных проектов в общем количестве рассмотренных проектов и в общем количестве отклоненных проектов. Результаты исследований могут быть использованы предприятиями АПК для оценки инвестиционного потенциала преодоления барьеров на пути разработки и внедрения энергосберегающих технологий. A study has been conducted to assess the potential of overcoming economic barriers in the development and implementation of projects in the agro-industrial complex. The task under consideration is to develop an effective set of tools to assess this potential. The theoretical foundations of the analysis of economic barriers in the development and implementation of energy-saving technologies are substantiated. A methodology has been developed to assess the potential of overcoming these obstacles. The possibilities of enterprises in certain conditions to overcome certain barriers of a subjective and objective nature are determined. The factors are identified and the sequence of assessment of the potential for overcoming economic obstacles arising in the development and implementation of energy-saving technologies in enterprises is systematized. It has been established that agricultural enterprises (agroindustrial cosplex) have a sufficiently high potential to overcome the economic obstacles arising from the introduction of energy-saving technological processes. A toolkit has been developed that allows you to obtain accurate and comprehensive results using a formalized procedure. The implementation of the scenario is proposed to assess the potential of the shares of these projects in the total number of reviewed projects and in the total number of rejected projects. The research results can be used by agricultural enterprises to assess the investment potential of overcoming barriers to the development and implementation of energy-saving technologies.
