How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) has become an important educational approach in multilingual education systems worldwide. CLIL has gained significant popularity in Europe and Asia because it promotes both language acquisition and academic achievement simultaneously. In Kazakhstan, the implementation of trilingual education policy has increased the importance of English language teaching in schools and universities. English language teachers play a significant role in the successful implementation of CLIL because they help students develop both subject knowledge and language competence. This article examines the role of English language teachers in CLIL instruction in Kazakhstan, discusses the challenges they face, and highlights the importance of professional development. The study concludes that English language teachers are essential participants in educational reforms and require continuous methodological and institutional support.
