How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article "The influence of hydraulic fracturing conditions on the stress-strain state of the cement ring using the geomechanical properties of the core" examines the effect of hydraulic fracturing on the stress-strain state of the cement ring, taking into account the actual geomechanical properties of rocks obtained as a result of laboratory core tests. The paper presents the results of core tests taken at a depth of 544 m, which were carried out in uniaxial and triaxial loading modes to determine the dynamic parameters of rocks (velocity of longitudinal and transverse waves), sensitive to changes in pressure and microstructure of the rock. These parameters were used for numerical simulation by the finite element method of the stress-strain state of a cement ring under various hydraulic fracturing modes. Modeling has shown that an increase in fluid pressure during hydraulic fracturing leads to an increase in annular and radial stresses in the cement ring, which can lead to its destruction, especially in areas of contact with the casing and rock. The results of the study emphasize the importance of taking into account the geomechanical properties of rocks obtained from core data when designing hydraulic fracturing modes, which makes it possible to more accurately predict the behavior of the cement ring and increase the reliability of wells.
