How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence has become an integrated part of society. More and more money is being invested in AI infrastructure and development; however, this has created a reality in which AI investments become a source of a new economic bubble. The paper examines the sources and compares the current trend with other economic bubbles over the recent years. The relevance of the study provides an insight in how the AI bubble and the foreign policy affect the international relations. The research shows the gap that the speculative bubble has been researched, but not from the perspective of countries and international relations in general. The results show that AI bubble concept is justified but at the same time is not a threat to the world relations at present stage, as long as the countries do not blindly follow the trend and would strategically sort out their priorities that align with their national interests. Artificial Intelligence is undoubtedly the new chapter of digital development; it has become a source of new innovations of countries and companies alike. Since the majority of AI investment is based in United States, countries like Kazakhstan might be affected by the AI market, but will not crumble. The bigger concern would be the methods that the countries use for their strategic plan to incorporate the AI development in its policy ecosystem. Keywords: AI Bubble, AI Investments, Kazakhstan, the United States, challenges, opportunities, concept, discussion.
