How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the moral and ethical aspects of the interaction between teachers and students in the modern Kazakhstani school. It explores the relationship between the historical and cultural traditions of the Kazakh people, based on the norms of the "Qasqa Joly" and respect for mentorship, with modern requirements enshrined in the Code of Professional Ethics and the Law "On Education" of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The work systematizes the key principles of ethical interaction: respect for the student's personality, justice, trust, empathy, and professional boundaries. Practical rules and norms regulating verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as the organization of the educational process, are disclosed in detail. Special attention is paid to contemporary challenges such as digitalization, inclusivity, and emotional burnout of teachers, and ways to overcome them through continuous education, mediation, and the development of emotional intelligence are proposed. The material is of interest to practicing teachers, educational institution administrators, researchers in the field of pedagogy and psychology, as well as all participants in the educational process. In addition to theoretical generalization, the article presents the results of an analysis of pedagogical practice that illustrates real models of ethical behavior within the school environment. Based on observations, interviews, and the study of typical professional situations, the authors demonstrate how moral and ethical principles are embodied in the teacher’s daily interactions with students. The findings confirm that the systematic development of ethical culture contributes to improving the psychological climate, reducing conflict, and enhancing the overall quality of the educational process.
