How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the context of active digitalization of higher education, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are becoming a significant factor in transforming students’ learning activities. This article examines students’ attitudes toward the use of AI technologies and analyzes their application practices in the university learning process, as well as the role of AI as a tool for supporting the educational process. The study focuses primarily on an empirical analysis of students’ experience in using AI in their academic activities. Research methods included analysis and synthesis of domestic and international scientific sources, online student surveys, and descriptive statistical methods. The results indicate the widespread use of AI tools in students’ academic practice and a generally positive attitude toward their use. The main advantages of using AI were identified as time savings, expanded access to educational resources, and assistance in mastering complex topics. At the same time, potential risks were highlighted, including the possibility of receiving inaccurate information, decreased critical thinking skills, and violations of academic integrity principles. The findings confirm the importance of pedagogically and ethically justified integration of AI technologies, taking into account students’ attitudes toward them. The practical significance of the study lies in the potential application of its conclusions for developing recommendations for the responsible use of AI in higher education and for fostering students’ skills in the conscious use of modern digital technologies.
