How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article examines psychological well-being and its concept of psychological well-being, and examines the relationship of psychological well-being as an indicator of personal readiness for professional activity. Structural differences between low, medium and high levels of well-being are described. In conditions when the socio-political and economic situation of society development is quite mobile and changeable, and the information flow provides timely information about all its positive and often – negative trends, psychological science increasingly pays attention to the well-being of each individual and the disclosure of its factors. Psychological well-being is considered as a multicomponent phenomenon that characterizes the degree of positive functioning of a person, the realization of his potential, which is symptomatically determined by the predominance of positive emotions, a subjective sense of personal harmony, happiness, satisfaction with life and their own achievements. The general idea of human well-being has existed since ancient times. It was associated in various ways with other concepts, such as "happiness", "contentment", "quality of life", and was the subject of thought already by the earliest philosophers. The relatively recent category of psychological well-being is the object of research by psychologists and sociologists. However, there is still a need to study the correlation of various concepts that characterize the positive functioning of the individual, highlighting the areas of their intersection and differences in order to finally have a clear idea of the structure, quality and essence of well-being.
