How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of government measures to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Kazakhstan, with an emphasis on the proposals of the first Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, G. Baynazarov, to improve financial stability and economic development. The key support mechanisms through the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, second-tier banks, microfinance organizations and local executive bodies are being considered. Special attention is paid to the problems of agriculture and digitalization, as well as food security. The analysis of existing support measures and international experience was used as research methods. The authors propose the creation of a specialized state bank for entrepreneurs, the unification of the Damu Foundation and the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the development of digital platforms and the creation of the Government Treasury Fund. The recommendations are aimed at increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of SMEs, as well as improving the economic stability of Kazakhstan
