How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The problems of the transportation system issues arising from reduced capacity of the street and road network and increased traffic delays during utility and maintenance works are considered. International experience in reducing transport losses is analyzed, including temporary detour roads, intelligent traffic management systems, and modular bridges. Special attention is given to mobile road crossings as a promising solution that ensures traffic flow without complete road closure. The technical limitations of existing engineering solutions are identified, and an algorithm for selecting and designing mobile road crossings is proposed. The algorithm includes load determination, strength verification, and the possibility of adjusting structural parameters when necessary. The research results provide a basis for developing a methodology for designing mobile road crossings adapted to the conditions of Kazakhstan’s transport infrastructure.
