How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Among the functions of management, motivation occupies one of the most important places. The term "motivation" derives from the Latin word movere, meaning "to strive towards a goal" or "to move". In modern definitions, motivation is also linked to these notions. It is a driving force that provides an incentive and prompts action. For any medical worker, it is important to consider motivation not in general terms but from the perspective of management, directly connected to the working environment and employees. The motivation function supports communication between employees and employers and helps establish healthy business relationships. The article examines theories of motivation and various motivational methods. Examples from specific institutions illustrate the appropriateness of using different motivational methods. The article also presents various methods for motivating employees. The survey found that the planning and implementation of incentive measures are associated with employees' assessments of the quality of their work and working conditions. Organizations that actively implement motivational measures tend to have more loyal and stable personnel who are engaged in achieving common goals. Implementing the motivation function is significant for any organization, provided that managers consider well-grounded recommendations and competently structure the motivation process.
