How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article used second-order mathematical modeling. The results of a study on optimizing the technological parameters of the process of grinding materials in a spring-rotor mill are presented. Based on the planning of the experiment with five different factors, secondary polynomial models were obtained for the five main output parameters: grinding, performance, drive power, specific energy intensity and specific metal capacity. Based on the analytical solution of the system of equations, optimal values of technological parameters were found that provide maximum productivity with minimal energy consumption and the required quality of products. The scientific novelty of the work was the development of a comprehensive simulation of the crushing process, taking into account five technological parameters and five output parameters at the same time, as well as an analytical method for determining the optimal operating modes for a multidimensional task. The results of the study show the possibility of increasing productivity by 15-20%, reducing power consumption by 8-12% compared to empirically established operating modes.
