How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

As a result of tests carried out under industrial conditions, the influence of using modifying waste materials in the production process of silicate brick on its main performance properties was evaluated. The studies were conducted at an operating silicate brick manufacturing plant, where experimental and industrial trials were performed on full-size brick specimens produced under factory conditions. Ground waste glass and expanded clay dust were introduced into the silicate mass as modifying additives. The research results showed that, while maintaining the normative levels of compressive strength and frost resistance, the modified silicate brick exhibits reduced average density and thermal conductivity coefficient. In addition, the use of expanded clay dust made it possible to obtain bricks with a natural brown shade without the use of special mineral pigments. The obtained results confirm that the modified silicate brick is an energy-efficient, reliable in service, and economically viable wall construction material.
