How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The paper presents a geological and structural interpretation of stratiform iron ore mineralization at the Kentobe-Togay group of deposits in Central Kazakhstan based on 3D modeling. The objective of the study is to substantiate the role of geological and structural interpretation as the basis for an accurate spatial analysis of mineralization. Comprehensive processing of geological data allowed us to reconstruct the spatial geometry of the ore-bearing strata, intrusive bodies, and faults. An implicit 3D model revealed a segmented mineralization architecture controlled by a system of tectonic blocks and metasomatic transformation zones. Lithological and structural domaining revealed the presence of spatially isolated areas with different ore-forming conditions and internal heterogeneity of mineralization. It was established that the geometry and variability of ore bodies are determined by structural and lithological factors that shape the natural boundaries of their distribution. The results confirm the need for preliminary geological and structural analysis as the basis for accurate interpolation and resource estimation.
