Abstract
Assessment of the stability and degree of risk of hemipolzoapnia at the regional level under modern climatic changes and the effects of natural and anthropogenic factors must be carried out using new scientific methods. Remote sensing of the earth is one of the effective tools for assessing the environmental and economic sustainability of regional farms. Based on remote sensing data (Sentinel-2), an assessment of agricultural risk was carried out under the influence of negative factors (drought, soil salinization, erosion, water scarcity) and indicators of the sustainability of natural and climatic zones (land use efficiency, productivity stability, conservation of ecosystem services) of the Almaty, North Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions. The paper analyzes the long-term time series of the NDVI vegetation index, reveals the dynamics of land use change and the spatial distribution of agrolandscape processes. Spatial data from geographic information systems (ArcGIS) was processed and agroecological hazard zones were identified by region. Based on remote sensing data, the agricultural sustainability index of the regions has been calculated. The results obtained are of great importance in the development of strategies for rational land use, planning agricultural policy and climate adaptation.
