How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

With the rapid integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into organizational decision-making, leadership models in digital organizations are undergoing a profound transformation. This paper develops an AI-supported leadership decision system (AI-LDS) framework that integrates data-driven analytics, cognitive computing, and emotional intelligence modeling to support adaptive management decisions. A quantitative study was conducted using survey data from 286 digital firms across China's technology, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to test the relationships among AI integration level (AI), data-driven decision capability (DDC), leadership adaptability (LA), and organizational performance (OP). Results show that AI significantly enhances DDC (β = 0.68, p < 0.001) and LA (β = 0.55, p < 0.001), which subsequently improve OP (β = 0.47, p < 0.01). The study provides empirical evidence for the transformative impact of AI systems on leadership effectiveness and digital organizational agility.
