How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This study introduces the development of a novel$\text{Cd}_{\mathrm{x}} \text{Te}_{\mathrm{y}} \mathrm{O}_{z} / \text{CdS} /$por-$\text{ZnO} / \text{ZnO}$heterostructure synthesized through an economically efficient and straightforward method for use in portable solar cells. Employing the Successive Ionic Layer Adsorption and Reaction (SILAR) method in conjunction with atmospheric air annealing, we have successfully fabricated a multilayer structure without requiring expensive equipment or vacuum processes. The simplicity of the manufacturing process, combined with the heterostructure's promising optical and electronic properties, indicates its viability in the application of portable solar cells. This research not only advances the field of photovoltaic materials but also paves the way for further optimization and exploration of cost-effective solar energy solutions.
