How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

A BSTRACT This article explores the efficacy of various natural remedies, including curcumin, fenugreek, garlic , artemisia, and cinnamon, in managing fasting blood glucose (FBG) and hemoglobin A1c (HBS1) levels in individuals with diabetes and related metabolic disorders. A comprehensive analysis of available studies highlights the potential of these remedies to contribute to diabetes management, with Curcumin and Trigonella fenugreek showing particularly significant effects. Economic considerations are emphasized, noting the accessibility and affordability of these natural options, particularly in low- to middle-income countries. The discussion addresses the variability in treatment outcomes, calling for standardized methodologies and larger clinical trials to validate findings. Overall, integrating these natural remedies into diabetes management strategies could provide cost-effective alternatives that empower patients to take control of their health while alleviating the economic burden on healthcare systems.
