How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of state regulation of climate change processes in the context of sustainable development. The relevance of the study is due to the intensification of climate risks and the need to form effective management mechanisms aimed at reducing the negative consequences of climate change and increasing the resilience of socio-economic systems. The aim of the study is to develop an integration model for state regulation of climate processes and to identify key directions for increasing the effectiveness of climate policy. The methodological basis of the research comprises methods of systemic, comparative, and institutional analysis, as well as a content analysis of scientific publications. The study systematizes the main directions of state regulation, including global, national, sectoral, financial, local, and scientific-informational levels. The necessity of an integrated approach based on the coherence of regulatory instruments, the development of the institutional environment, and the integration of scientific and digital technologies is substantiated. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the formation of an integration model for state regulation of climate change, considering the multi-level structure of climate policy. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results in the improvement of state climate policy, including in the context of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The results of the study can be used by public authorities in developing sustainable development strategies and adapting to climate change.
