How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) has raised complex questions regarding the attribution of authorship and ownership of AI-generated content within the framework of intellectual property rights. This article explores the challenges, implications, and potential solutions related to the subject of intellectual property rights created by artificial intelligence. It delves into the legal, policy, and ethical considerations surrounding AI-generated works, addressing issues such as authorship determination, copyright eligibility, and the development of specialized legal frameworks. In order to traverse this issue's complexity and create innovative solutions that are in line with the rapidly changing technological world, the abstract also highlights the importance of multidisciplinary cooperation and inclusive discourse. In the end, the abstract emphasizes how critical it is to promote a sophisticated comprehension of authorship, ownership, and protection in the context of artificial intelligence in order to preserve the values of justice, responsibility, and innovation in intellectual property rights.
