How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article examines the undoubted role of language in society. It is linguistic skills that make it possible to correctly navigate the information flow, master the means of managing and transmitting information. Knowledge of language allows the individual to join the universal culture. The work also mentions the formation of linguistic competence in parallel with the development of communicative and cultural competence. The special role of the text in obtaining new knowledge and necessary information is noted here. The development of a bilingual is influenced not only by interaction and comparison of the native and studied languages, but also by the process of interaction between two cultures. The culture of every nation is multifaceted and unique. Linguoculturology collects and systematizes folk knowledge and influences the process of personality formation. By modeling the concept of the external world, developing in detail his idea of the world, a person, in the process of evolution, at the same time comprehends language, deepens and makes linguistic meanings closer to himself, and develops his linguistic skills. Linguistic competence develops in parallel with communicative and cultural competence. For post-Soviet countries where bilingualism and multilingualism exist, the formulation and solution of these problems means a qualitative improvement in the teaching of linguistic disciplines.
