How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of self-realization of the creative personality's own capabilities. The essence of self-realization is analyzed on the basis of existential, immanent and active approaches and value orientations of individual free choice of a person's life path. On the basis of empirical analysis, methodological directions for the study of self-realization based on an individual and activity-based approach as a manifestation of practical identity, as an innovative challenge with new and alternative ways of activity, as an experience in the system of self-government of socio-pedagogical transformations are determined The results of studies of pedagogical activity and creative skills made it possible to pay special attention to the dependence of professional self-realization on the development of the teacher’s personality, which is directly related to the characteristics of the holistic pedagogical process. Based on the essence of the holistic pedagogical process, presented as self-movement and as a self-governing process, as a unity of spiritual and personal orientation, it is assumed that the activities of registered schools are a holistic, self-governing process, the result of the innovative capabilities of teachers formed in the process of their self-realization.
