How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The large-scale application of intelligent education has triggered ethical crises such as algorithmic discrimination, data abuse, and subject alienation, which require legal regulation and global collaborative governance. Based on 2024-2025 global policy documents, conference consensuses, and empirical data in the field of intelligent education ethics, this study analyzes the core controversies and legalization logic of intelligent education ethics, focusing on the normative construction of domestic laws and the collaborative mechanism of global governance. The research confirms that the legalization of intelligent education ethics needs to establish three bottom lines: “human rights protection-education equity-technical controllability”, which can be implemented through hierarchical legislation, penetrating regulation, and technology-enabled systems. Global governance faces challenges like data sovereignty conflicts, unbalanced development, and inconsistent standards, so a multi-layered governance framework of “principle consensus-regional collaboration-global synergy” is necessary. Drawing on the 2024 World Digital Education Conference[3] and UNESCO's Global Framework for the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in Education[4], this study proposes a three-dimensional solution of “refined domestic legislation, dynamic regulatory mechanisms, and inclusive global governance”, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical paths for the legalized governance of intelligent education ethics.
