How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article presents the results of experimental data on the preparation and study of polymer anticorrosive compositions: crushed rubber with a diameter of 0.4-0.6 mm; gossypole resin; secondary polypropylene; white spirit – the rest. This mixture ensures uniform coating and adhesion of the coating to the metal surface of the tank. The dependence of the amount of adhesion to metal on the composition of the composite coating is shown. Microscopic images of the metal surface show that in atmospheric conditions at a humidity of 30-40% without coating, pitting carbon dioxide corrosion occurs. The potentiostatic anode polarization curves of steel grade St3, a coating containing secondary PP, are shown, the effect of the coating composition and the duration of bench tests on the protective effectiveness of the compositions is shown. It is shown that the advantages of the coating are to provide anticorrosive protection in an open aggressive atmosphere from 2 years (coating thickness 75 microns) to 5 years (coating thickness 150 microns). The dielectric film protects the protected structure from electrochemical corrosion in contact with various metals.; it has a good ability to displace moisture from the protected surface; the coating is thixotropic and self-tightening, not subject to build-up and smudges; temperature resistance from -40 to 85° C.
