How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the Republic of Kazakhstan, forecasting of electric energy generation by solar power plants is carried out according to a decentralized model. This means that the facilities themselves predict the weather and production and are responsible for the forecasting results. An urgent problem is the discrepancy between the forecast data and the actual output. This may lead to the need to adjust financial and technical models. This article discusses forecasting methods, fundamental legal tolerances and limitations. In addition, the article demonstrates the achievable results of forecasting the generation of electric energy by solar power plants and provides objective arguments indicating the difficulty of creating objective forecasts, outlines possible measures to improve the forecasting process and processing of its results
