How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of additive manufacturing technologies, which have become increasingly important in recent years in modern mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, medicine, and other high-tech industries. Of particular interest is the software for selective laser melting (SLM) technology. Modern algorithms allow for high dimensional accuracy, the ability to produce parts with specified properties, and a shorter production cycle compared to traditional manufacturing methods. In this study, the focus is on the automated control system for printing parts and assemblies using selective laser melting. The obtained data can be further used in the development of algorithms for automated selection of powder compositions and SLM modes. The purpose of this work is to automate the technology of selecting the composition of the powder material for selective laser melting. To achieve this goal, the work involves studying the SLM technology and the features of obtaining powders from technogenic waste, developing an algorithm for automating the selection of powder composition, and creating a software module that provides automatic selection of the optimal powder composition and printing parameters. The scientific novelty and significance of the work lie in the creation of a software and hardware complex for the rapid selection of powder composition and parameters of the selective laser melting process. The implementation of the proposed approach makes it possible to produce practical parts in a short time without compromising the quality and performance of the material, and it also forms the basis for further development of automated additive manufacturing control systems.
