How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Amid the digital transformation of higher education, the Stackable Degree model enables flexible, personalized master’s programs through the step-by-step accumulation of micro-qualifications and the integration of online courses. This article analyzes digital solutions for implementing this model in master’s curricula, drawing on national and international experience. Attention is given to core elements of the digital educational environment: LMS platforms with LTI integration, adaptive AI-based systems, blockchain technologies, NFT certification, and digital micro-crediting. Cases from the UK, USA, EU, China, and Kazakhstan illustrate diverse institutional approaches to stackability. The study underscores the need for regulatory validation of micro-qualifications, technological interoperability, and robust digital infrastructure as prerequisites for sustainable modular and stackable trajectories. It presents an architectural model of a digital environment that supports the accumulation and recognition of micro-achievements. Practical recommendations are offered for universities and educational platforms on designing stackable master’s programs in the digital economy
