How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article is devoted to a multifactor analysis of the efficiency of facade reconstruction in the established residential buildings of Astana city. Given the sharply continental climate of Kazakhstan’s capital, facade renovation plays a crucial role in improving energy efficiency, enhancing the architectural appearance, and extending the service life of buildings. The study examines contemporary approaches to assessing the technical and aesthetic condition of facades, considering factors such as material degradation, thermal insulation performance, and compliance with modern regulatory standards. Various reconstruction methods are analyzed, with a focus on their adaptability to Astana’s climatic conditions and their contribution to sustainable urban development. The research identifies key factors influencing the durability and resilience of building facades, including environmental impact, construction materials, and technological advancements in facade engineering. Based on the findings, the study providesrecommendations for optimizing design solutions to ensure long-term performance and sustainability. The proposed approaches aim to balance economic feasibility with architectural integrity while addressing urban planning challenges. The results of this work will be useful for professionals in architecture, urban planning, and construction, as well as for policymakers and organizations involved in the development and modernization of urban infrastructure in regions with extreme climate conditions.
