How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article considers the tariff policy of passenger transportation on public transport in Astana and Almaty. The relevance of this topic is related to the fact that the issues of subsidizing passenger transportation on public transport play a significant role both for carriers and for local executive authorities. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations of the formation of the tariff policy of urban passenger transport, as well as to clarify the important factors influencing the formation of the tariff policy of urban passenger transport enterprises. When writing the article, theoretical and empirical private research methods were used: analysis, synthesis of information, as well as work with literature and documents, evaluation of performance and observation. The current tariffs for public transport in Astana and Almaty are presented. Currently, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, tariffs for public passenger transport services are regulated on the basis of reports on the costs of carriers and the planned amount of budget subsidies for the next year. The experience of foreign countries in differentiating tariffs on public transport has been studied. The need for a different approach to fare formation has been identified, taking into account the interests of three participants in the public transport services market: passengers, carriers and local executive authorities
