How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the importance of implementing a differentiated tariff system in the urban transport system of Kazakhstan. The study examines the theoretical foundations of the differentiated tariff system, international experience, the current situation in Kazakhstan, and the potential outcomes of implementing differentiated tariffs. A differentiated tariff system allows for fair pricing for passengers, reduces transport load, and improves the quality of transport services. The research methods used include mathematical models of tariff systems, zonal, temporal, and categorical models. International experience shows that the differentiated tariff system is successfully applied in many countries and can offer important lessons for Kazakhstan. In countries such as France, Norway, Germany, China, and Russia, this system increases passenger convenience and reduces transport load. Implementing a differentiated tariff system in Kazakhstan is important for improving transport infrastructure and creating a fair pricing system for passengers. This system will help support socially vulnerable groups, stabilize the income of transport companies, and increase environmental efficiency. The results of the study highlight the importance of phased implementation of a differentiated tariff system to improve Kazakhstan's transport system
