How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study and proposal of conceptual models of the state investment policy and its life cycle in the context of ensuring sustainable economic growth and the development of a "green" economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the analysis of theoretical approaches, the features of directive, resource-intensive, supportive and restrictive investment policy models are revealed, as well as the need for their phased application depending on the level of institutional development and maturity of the investment environment. Special attention is paid to the structure of investments in fixed assets and their compliance with the objectives of economic diversification, technological renewal and environmental transformation. The article highlights the role of performance audit as a tool for assessing the effectiveness of public investment policy and minimizing economic and strategic risks, and provides recommendations on the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the management and control of public investments. Key words: state investment policy, performance audit, "green" economy.
