How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article comprehensively examines technical solutions for the facades of reconstructed industrial buildings, taking into account energy efficiency and safety requirements. The improvement of facade systems for industrial facilities is aimed at reducing heat loss, increasing energy efficiency, and ensuring the operational reliability of buildings. The study analyzes modern thermal insulation materials, ventilated facade systems, protective and fire-resistant cladding materials, and identifies the specific features of their application in industrial environments. In addition, technological safety requirements, structural strength, durability, and resistance to external climatic and technogenic impacts are considered. The reconstruction of industrial buildings is currently one of the key engineering tasks focused on reducing energy consumption, lowering operating costs, and improving industrial safety. The modernization of facade systems is one of the primary areas of energy conservation, as a significant portion of a building’s heat loss occurs through the facade. The article substantiates modern technical solutions for upgrading industrial building facades from the standpoint of energy efficiency and compliance with safety requirements. The proposed approaches contribute to reducing environmental impact, extending the service life of buildings, and improving their technical and economic performance in the modernization of industrial infrastructure.
