Abstract
Experimental studies of the sorption and ion-exchange capacity of a multi-component filter bed of a given composition under dynamic conditions were conducted. Two types of filter bed were selected and simultaneously studied with model solutions prepared as imitators of surface wastewater. The ratio of the components of the multi-component sorbent complex was selected based on the study of their granulometric composition. The effective ratio of the components in the filter beds was determined. The sorption and ion-exchange capacities of multi-component filter beds of a given composition were experimentally determined under dynamic conditions. The results of determining the sorption and ion-exchange characteristics of multi-component filter beds under dynamic conditions will be used to improve the safety of the flora and fauna of the Koskorgan reservoir by sorption treatment of surface wastewater in the city of Kentau, Turkestan Region.
