How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article deals with the development of a mathematical model and simulation modeling of key stages of the technological process of orthophosphoric acid production, including the phase of phosphorus combustion and phosphoric anhydride hydration. The main attention is paid to the creation of a system of heat balance, flow and pressure equations describing the dynamics of the process in real time. The model takes into account heat release during P₄ combustion, air and water supply parameters, as well as conditions of emergency protection operation. The algorithms of PID control, predictive control and signal filtering were used for numerical realization. The analysis showed that the optimization of control modes allows to reduce the error of measurement and maintenance of parameters to 0.5-1%, as well as to reduce the response time of the control system to 1 second. The obtained results can be used to improve the automation processes of orthophosphoric acid production, increase the stability and energy efficiency of the process line.
