How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Confectionery production, despite belonging to the food industry, may include areas with signs of increased industrial danger (dust-air mixtures, hot processes, intensive mechanization), which requires a systematic risk analysis and management measures. The specifics of the hazards are caused by a combination of complex thermal processes, the use of powerful mechanical equipment, and, most critically, work with dispersed systems of organic origin. Taking into account the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection", the management of these hazards is a key task to prevent accidents and ensure occupational safety. The article provides a comprehensive analysis and classification of specific production hazards typical of the confectionery industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
