How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

We propose a variable thermal interface based on an array of discrete liquid droplets initially confined on hydrophilic islands in the substrate. The droplets are reversibly morphologically transferred to a continuous liquid film when mechanically compressed by the opposite substrate to create a heat-conducting pathway with low thermal resistance. We study the criterion of reversible transition in terms of hydrophilic sample size and liquid volume. The dependence of fluid morphology and rupture distance on the diameter and distribution share of hydrophilic Islands, fluid volume, as wellas load pressure, is also characterized from a theoretical and experimental point of view. The thermal resistance in thisstate is characterized experimentally for ionic liquids, which are promising for practical use due to the insignificant vapor pressure. A service life test unit has been designed to assess the reliability of the interface under continuous switching conditions at relatively high switching frequencies
