Abstract

This repository contains the complete supplementary dataset for the study of manganese ores from the Bogach and Zhaksy deposits. It includes high-resolution EDS maps, raw Raman and magnetic (SQUID) datasets, and the custom Python analytical suite (Software S1–S4) used for image extraction, pixel-to-concentration quantization, and magnetic modeling. These materials ensure the full reproducibility of the phase evolution analysis and microstructural characterization described in the associated manuscript.
