How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article discusses the main aspects of the formation and the results of research on Stone Age sites conducted over the 55-year period (1967–2022) of the existence of the North Kazakhstan Archaeological Expedition (NKAE). In general, the expedition discovered, investigated and introduced into scientific circulation monuments covering the period from the Stone Age to the Middle Ages. Gennady and Svetlana Zdanovich, who graduated from the Gorky State University in 1966, arrived in Petropavlovsk at the North Kazakhstan Regional Museum of Local History, founding a strong school of archaeologists. Their student V. Zaibert, who devoted his life to the archaeology of Kazakhstan, made a great contribution to the study of the ancient history of the northern region. Through extensive and multifaceted research efforts under his guidance, the Atbasar and Botai cultures emerged in the historical narrative of Kazakhstan.
