How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article consider the results of archaeozoological analysis of bone remains of animals discovered during excavations in 2022 in the hillfort of Babish Mola 1 and the settlement of Mynaral. The purpose of the study is to identify and conduct a comparative analysis of animal species in the farms of the population of the Chirikrabat culture. During the study of osteological material, the task was set to determine the species composition of paleofauna, skeletal elements and age characteristics. 654 animal bones were examined, in total as the result of which 617 bones were identified up to species. Among osteological materials, pets are dominate, wild animal bones were also found. The rate of pets is 90.2%, wild animals - 4.5%. Among animal bone remains 5.7% are highly fragmented and archaeozoologically indeterminate. The osteological collection from sites of Babis Mola and Mynaral of 2022 shows that all types of pets were on the residents’ farm, and hunting for wild animals also played a significant role in the diet.
