How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the model of countering extremism in Kazakhstan. It examines the institutional, normative and ideological aspects of the fight against radicalism in a multiethnic and multi-confessional society. The authors identify key trends in the dynamics of extremist manifestations in recent years. Based on official legal statistics, it is concluded that extremist crimes have been on the rise over the past three years. The article systematically describes four main components of state policy: legislative, law enforcement, judicial, and ideological, each of which is presented through specific functions and implementation mechanisms. Particular attention is given to the humanitarian program "Zhusan," aimed at the return and rehabilitation of citizens who participated in terrorist activities abroad. The study also considers the forms of interagency cooperation, the role of theological prevention, and the involvement of civil society institutions in deradicalization efforts. The article emphasizes the importance of responding to foreign policy challenges, including the situation in Afghanistan and Central Asia. It holds scientific and practical value and can be used in the development of comprehensive measures for the prevention of religious extremism, as well as in educational and research contexts.
