How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The presented article considers an integrated approach to the development of a concept for an integrated resource designed to predict the achievement of sustainable development goals by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kazakhstan. The solution combines mathematical models with information systems, which allows for spatial risk analysis. In the course of the research, the architecture of the software package was developed, as well as algorithms for analyzing the sustainability of small and medium-sized businesses. The mathematical model shows that with optimal resource allocation, enterprises in the trade and services sector have the greatest growth potential, while processing industries are more sensitive to macroeconomic and technological factors. This model serves as the basis for creating intelligent forecasting systems for the sustainability of small and medium-sized businesses. This research was supported by grants of Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (grant number № AP23488459).
