How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The spiritual "resurrection" of Maslova in Resurrection is a complex process intertwined with passive redemption and self-awakening. Initially, Nekhlyudov’s acts of repentance and redemption served as the external driving force for the turning point in her fate, allowing her–who was trapped in profound suffering and numbness–to rediscover the warmth of human nature. In confronting social injustice and reflecting on her own experiences, Maslova gradually broke free from the shackles of humiliation and confusion, achieving a consciousness awakening from relying on others to upholding her true self. This process not only demonstrates the redemptive value of external kindness to those whose souls have fallen but also highlights the inner strength of individuals to uphold their conscience and reshape their spiritual personality amid hardships, deeply echoing Tolstoy’s philosophical reflections on human redemption and moral reconstruction
