How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The process of developing a digital geological database of Kalba-Narym ore belt of East Kazakhstan is considered to create a geoportal for the purpose of monitoring and management of natural resources using space images. The relevance of Earth remote sensing and GIS application in the geological industry is analyzed, especially in the context of growing demand for modern tools of spatial analysis. The portal will make it possible to integrate archival and current data, providing visualization of ore deposit boundaries and support for management decision-making. The main elements of the portal are: a database of 1 : 1 000 000 to 1 : 50 000 scale cartographic materials, field survey data, satellite imagery and tools for analysis in the form of automated AI algorithms. The study emphasizes the importance of creating a digital infrastructure for efficient subsoil use and sustainable development of the region and the country as a whole
