How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The aim of this study is a comparative analysis of the stress-strain state of a restored busbar punching tool. A review of existing methods for restoring punches and dies was conducted. The analysis revealed that each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. To address this issue, a restoration method is proposed that involves replacing the working part of the busbar punching tool with an insert made of carbon steel. Numerical modeling of the stress-strain state of the tool restored using the proposed method was carried out using the ANSYS software package. The modeling focused on identifying the distribution of stresses, deformations, and contact forces in the working areas of the tool. The obtained results made it possible to determine the most heavily loaded areas of the structure and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed restoration and modernization method. The research presented in this article was carried out within the framework of a project funded by the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (grant No. AP19578884).
